Sisterly Love

I am amazed everyday at the relationship between the girls. Zoe is so good with Cale and looking out for her. Cale has definitely learned from big sister. Today we were looking at pictures on the computer and Cale was so excitedly pointing out things. I looked down and she had her arm around Zoe and pointing to the screen saying, "look, look". If she gets a snack or a drink she always asks for one for Zoe and brings it to her.

Cale had a doctors appointment today. I told Zoe that she was going to have to get a shot. Zoe was so concerned about her all day. She wanted to bring Cale's blanket to make her feel better. She gave her lots of loves afterwards. When Cale woke up from her nap her leg had a huge knot in it where she had the shot. As I changed her diaper it got bumped a little to much and she kept pointing to her leg saying, "hurt, hurt," Zoe got there blankets and snuggled right up giving her lots of kissing telling her it would get better. I love watching the relationship grow.

Lots of White Water

Brad was able to take several white water rafting trips this year and put his raft to use. He made several day trips to the Alberton Gorge on the Clark Fork River in Montana. He spent 3 days on the Lochsa River in Idaho. His biggest trip of the summer was a 5 day trip on the Selway River in Idaho.

River Rats

At the end of the summer last year Brad bought us a family raft and has made it great for taking the girls down. We were able to put it to use several times this summer and enjoyed the time together. We can't wait to use it some more.

I Can Tie My Shoe!!

Zoe has worked hard this summer on several things. 1st she mastered blowing a bubble and now she can tie her shoe. She did it for the 1st by herself trying to get daddy ready to head out the door. She was so excited and now wants to tie her own shoe every time even when I say we are in a hurry!!

Riding Around

Zoe started the summer with a new scooter which she loved until she got a new bike. Now Cale has taken over the scooter and we ride a lot around the apartment complex. Zoe loves to go down the hills and has jumped right back on every time she has fallen off.

The end of a work day...

It doesn't seem to matter how long we are at the house this is what the girls end up looking like. Pretty huh? They love to go and have so much fun. By the time we are ready to leave I strip them down before they can get in the car. They love the nights when they get to wash up in the sink because I am to tired for a full bath.

Our New House!!
